Who's behind WeStay
WeStay wasn't built by a tech startup that's never poured a foundation. It's built by All Things New — ATN Construction — an award-winning, locally owned Oahu builder that has spent over a decade building and remodeling homes across the island.
Founder note
I'm Richie. My wife Tiffany and I started All Things New during one of the hardest economic seasons Hawaii had seen, doing small projects to help families who needed it, and serving our church. We built this company on faith and excellence one home at a time.
WeStay was built because we kept meeting homeowners facing an impossible decision: sell the family property, or watch costs swallow it. Most of them were navigating Hawaii's ADU laws completely alone. I've spent years walking those permits, those lots, those rules. WeStay is how we hand that experience to you, so you're never doing this by yourself.
